Gopi Shah Ceramics x Rare Device

Have you ever walked into a shop and fallen in love with everything in sight? My sister came to visit me in December last year after I had just moved to San Francisco. It poured the entire weekend she was here, but she hadn't been to San Francisco in over a decade, so she made me walk around to see the sights with her.

We went to Divisadero Street and popped into a bunch of cute boutique shops including The Perish Trust, Topo Designs, and Tanner Goods. However, the store we both squealed in the most was Rare Device.

Filled with unique gifts, handmade goods, and well-designed items, Rare Device has everything you are looking for, be it a housewarming gift or something special for yourself. It was awesome to see and recognize local artists' work in the shop after having met many of them at Renegade Craft Fair in November.

And, after having moved to the city six months ago and finally having a ceramics studio up and running again, I'm excited to announce that my ceramic wares will be sold at Rare Device! You can now purchase match strikers and zodiac lanterns at the shop on Divisadero. Thanks to Giselle and Lexi - I'm looking forward to working with you again soon!
